Need extra nails for blocking board? 10 pcs of 5cm long galvanized nails. The nails are pushed from below into the Blocking Board and they stay firmly in place in this 6mm thick plywood board. Zinc plating prevents nails from rusting.

Tips for using the Blocking board:

Push the nails into the Board from the bottom, so that the sharp side of the nails is up and it is easy to add patches to the Board. You can block several patches at once. Wash or dampen the patches, straighten and shape. Pin the patches to the Board with nails. Let the patches dry stretched out to the Board.

Note! The holes in the Blocking Board are purposely made tight so that they don't loosen during use. Especially the first time, installing the nail in place can feel tight. As a tip, the first time you apply the nail, you should place the nail in the hole and press the Board against a hard surface or rotate the nail lightly when pressing. In the future, the nail goes to the same hole easily and stays firmly in place.
