Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary eligible delivery method. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. The eligible delivery methods depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight. You can choose from the eligible delivery methods at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is shown.

Pickup from the shop:

Pick up your order from the store with your order number within two weeks of ordering. If you can pick up your order later, please notify us by email or in the "More information" field of the order.

Pickup from the store is always free.


We deliver small supplies in flat packages and other products less than 3 cm thick as second-class mail, if the weight limit (500 g) is not exceeded. The letter also does not fit very many products, so primarily the Letter option is only available for individual small products. It is not possible to track the letter with a tracking number, and the delivery time of the letter depends on the post office in your town. Postal parcel is often a faster option, so in an urgent situation or if you want to track the shipment, choose postal parcel as the delivery method.

The online store offers letter delivery only if it is possible. The price of the letter is €2.99 - €3.99 depending on the weight of the order.

Postal package to Finland:

Most of our products are delivered as a postal package. For postal parcels, you can choose the pick-up point you want with the options that open after choosing the delivery method. The delivery time of a postal package is generally 1-3 days after Posti registers the package for transport. When the order arrives at the pick-up point, you will receive a notification via text message.

The price of the postal package is €5.90 and the shipment can be tracked with the tracking number, which is indicated in the delivery confirmation.

Home delivery:

The home delivery is delivered to your door at the agreed time. Posti is in contact with the recipient the next business day after dispatch by phone, text message or e-mail. Agreeable delivery times vary by region from 9 am to 9 pm. The service includes one distribution company.

The price of the home delivery is 12,30€

Matkahuolto Lähellä -package:

For the Matkahuolto Lähellä- package, you can choose the desired pick-up point after choosing the delivery method with the options that open up. The package will be transported to the nearest address of the recipient or to the pick-up point chosen by the sender within approximately 1-3 business days. The recipient receives an arrival notification via text message when the package is available for pickup. The package is picked up from the office indicated in the arrival notice and handed over against an official ID card.

DB Schenker pick-up point package:

You can choose the DB Schenker pick-up point package with the options that open up after selecting the delivery method of the pick-up point you want. The package will be transported to the nearest address of the recipient or to the pick-up point chosen by the sender within approximately 1-3 business days. The recipient receives an arrival notification via text message when the package is available for pickup. The package is picked up from the office indicated in the arrival notice and handed over against an official ID card.

The price of the DB Schenker Pickup point package is €5.90

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. For personalized products, the delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.

Return conditions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You can make the return with the carrier of your choice. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been approved, the money will be refunded using the payment system you use directly to your account or payment card after receiving and processing the return. Exchange or return freight is paid by the buyer.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unclaimed package

Not-claiming is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
