UV-printing services
UV printing is a form of digital printing where UV light is used to cure the ink during printing. Instead of traditional solvent-based inks, UV inks are used for UV printing. When the printer applies ink to the surface of the material, an UV light follows along and cures the ink immediately.
This instant curing makes it so that the wet ink dots cannot spread after printing, allowing for a much more precise print.
An UV printer can be used to print on almost any flat surface, such as wood, plastic, MDF board, glass, as well as on soft materials such as parchment paper or leather. It is also possible to print on the surface of cylindrical objects, such as thermos- and drinking bottles.
We use CMYK colors, as well as white ink. White color can be used to create a base that brightens other colors.
The pricing of UV prints is determined by to the size, quantity and surface area of the print. We can also laser cut a mold for the printed items to hold them in place during the printing process.
